Kitchen floor littered, could use a good sweep.
Service just so so. Order gotten wrong on occasion .Chicken many times old and dry. Most of the time sign not turned on and employees don't seem to care. Place looks old, faded and dirty.
Who doesn't like some Kentucky fried Chicken? Always get extra crispy and love those biscuits.
Food yummy.

But all tables need cleaned. And bathroom needs a good floor cleaning. And cashier needs to make sure what the customer wants before already putting in computer, slow down just a bit. I know jobs duties are mundane, but a nice smile will do. Thank you!!

Dinning room...glass is smeared and spotted. Needs frequent windexing. Tables all wiped w/same rag. Floor clear but not shining. Residue of dirty mop technique.
