Unfortunately, the serving sizes have become quite a bit smaller and the prices have gone up, so although it used to be one of my favorite places to grab something quick, I seldom eat there now...
I will never go back.
So heads up folks, don't use your card here. Be careful.

This last Saturday night actually early Sunday am I arrived back in Prescott after a concert in Phoenix ( Nickelback rocked it by the way).
Only thing keepin this from only 1 star is that the food wasn't terrible
I dont know which is worse...the fact that the prices have gone up or that the food takes forever to arrive. I think they might be udnerstaffed or something because it took almost 35 minutes for borritto and some fries...like i don't get it.
First off the prices went up and they started skimp out on the quality and the quantity of the food 8 bucks for half of what you use to get.. Second I've consistently gotten quarter sized balls of hard meat in the burritos and the meals. There is too much grisl in the meat.. I've even gotten what look like a chunk of hove off a cow in my burrito almost breaking my teeth. They cant cook the meat right its either loaded with so much fat its un edible or they over cook it. As of tonight this is the 3rd time in a row they have totally dropped the ball I'll never eat here again.. Alfonso's in PV it 100x better for the price and quality..
Anyways I went to pay for my food with my debit card. The employee took my card and handed it back to me said it was declined. I had over $500 in the bank.. thought it was strange but I paid cash for my burrito.
Well after sending headquarters a email and having no response I will give my review.
Decided to try it one more time yesterday... And was delighted to find that the tacos are big and fat once again... So maybe it just depends on who the cook is...
I got ripped off by the employee working there
When I woke up later Sunday I checked my bank account and saw that the transaction was APPROVED...
I called the restaurant spoke with a employee who took my info and the manager called me back said she was sorry and offered to give me a FREE burrito for my inconvenience.. Free?? I paid double for my food.
