Good luck getting your title released! After profiting on a loan with an insane interest rate, they wouldn't even foot the bill to immediately release my title. ($10) Mind you this happened 2 years after they where supposed to have released my title!
Buying the car was simple and the staff was friendly. Within 3 days however we had a couple of issues that the dealer took care of but I was told they were "helping me out" (by buying spark plugs and fixing an air bag sensor required by law before the sale). I almost returned the car within the 15 days provided by law as I felt I spent more on the car than it was worth once I started driving it and I truly wish I had. The car is now making a weird sound that I am now liable to fix and I am convinced I could have bought the same quality of car for half of what I paid. They also presented an extended warranty that I opted for thinking it would be helpful that cost me $1,000 and only covers drive train...that one upsets me the most. Nice people but I would not go back.
