Went to the service department to ask which fuse to replace for my F150 power windows & overhead lights. Four men at the Service Department counter (with no other customers) couldn't help me. Sent me to the Parts Department. Two men at the parts dept. counter (with no other customers around) couldn't help me. Didn't know where to find a 2003 Fuse Box diagram since it isn't in the Owner's Manual. I finally went home and GOOGLED it. Took me 5 minutes. Wish I hadn't wasted the 30 minute detour to have 6 men (too busy) to bother.

Just last week I was at the grocery store. When I came out and got in my car I had a yellow light com on in my dash. I have never seen this light record and was quite worried. I had no idea what it was for. I new there was a car dealer next boor so I drove over there to ask. First of all I didn't know where to go their parking lot is quite confusing. I finally found some customer parking and parked and walked into the service department quite by accident. When I walked in there were 4 or 5 young men standing behind the counter looking at someone's phone. Then I was asked by Richard if he could help me. I told home I had a light on my dash and he said let's go look. We walked out to my car and he knew right away what it was. He said it was my low life light. He asked for my keys and said he would check my tires for me. Less than 10 minutes later he handed my key to me and said that all my tire were slightly low but they were good now. I asked him if I owned any mone and he said no. He also said if that light comes back on to come see him again and he would look for a leak. My tires have been fine. He was very nice to me and I don't even own a ford. Thanks for helping an old lady and making her feel comfortable.
