Very customer oriented sales team. No high pressure to buy. Gave me a great price on my trade and wrapped up the deal quickly. Only negative was that my purchase is to include 2 years or 25,000 miles free oil changes and tire rotation. When the service dept called to pre-schedule the first service, they quoted "2 free oil changes" I will straighten it out and have faith that Findlay will honor their selling bonuses as stated. Also waiting for the dash and cargo mats thrown in with the deal.
Best place to take your chevy or gmc for service. Been coming here since I moved here two years ago and have always been happy with the service. They take really good care of you and your car. I won't go any where else.
