I purchased a car from Tim's, right before it changed hands, that vehicle was totalled and I purchased another vehicle, this time it was Findlay. It has been 3 months that I've been expecting my return for the warranty I purchased. After dealing with the finance man several times, I was recently informed that the money for the warranty went towards my wrecked car, that was covered 100% by insurance. Somehow, between the change, a mistake was made and I have to fight to get back my money. My salesman was great, but finance seemed to have much difficulty with the change or maybe just within that department.
The team was extremely helpful. They walked us through every step, were perfectly straightforward with their presentation. They apparently no longer receive commission based on the price of the vehicles they sell. They get paid per unit they sell. So they make the same if they sell a 20k vehicle VS a 60k. They will take care of you.
Have had great service when I bring my car in for maintenance.
Sales person was great but everything went to hell when the manager tried to take over the negotiations. He changed the price of the car and was very condescending towards us. I fell sorry for the young sales person. We then went to another dealer that night who treated us with respect and we purchased a car from them. Honesty and respect count and Findlay Subaru do not have these.
