We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of Prescott Honda's sales staff. I visited and observed several used vehicles and later in the day returned with my wife to look at two specific vehicles. The sales staff observed our presence, but did not disturb our viewing -- a remarkable courtesy in this day of "high pressure" approaches. I returned to drive the vehicle we preferred. When I reported an unusual noise on rough roads, they sent the vehicle to their shop. We returned to drive the vehicle again -- the problem had been fixed. We had the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, who confirmed the vehicle was in excellent condition. We are now enjoying the vehicle. Over the years we have purchased numerous vehicles -- this was one of the best experiences.

Truly THE BEST experience when looking into buying a new car. The general manager has tremendous integrity, and that spirit seems to be the hallmark of the dealership as a whole, so no matter which department, each can be trusted implicitly to provide the best possible service and experience.
