I had been in a car accident and time was against me trying to find a new car and having to return the rental. I'm a single mom who had no Idea what I was doing but I did it. Dustee helped me and didn't over sell anything. she was compassionate and understanding and found a vehicle that essentially met my needs. I am very grateful for her. No down, no co-signer, I didn't think that was possible. And Jared explained every document to me, every detail and answered every question I had with no hesitation to do so. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
I had a recall notice for my airbag on my 2003 Dodge Ram pickup. I called the service depart ment to schedule an appointment, which they gave me at the end of the month. In the meantime, I needed a oil change. When I went in, I told Diana, the service writer, that I needed my oil changed and that I was scheduled for the airbag at the end of the month, to which she took things into her own hands. She said that they could install it at the same time, saving me a repeat trip to the dealership. Diane seems to be a take charge kind of employee and a asset to York Dodge. She was very professional and personal at the same time. I hope she is appreciated by your company.
Had the oil changed and quick recall software update. They washed the car and I was in and out in an hour and 45 min with no appointment! Fast and friendly!! First time I have been to the service dept.
A note of thanks to the complete service dept. for their prompt attention for a customer visiting from out of town. Our special thanks to Sean Hippe. who did a great job of taking care of our 2007 Dodge 3500 Ram.
