Returned for help told how to upgrade firmware but the unit was not set up to do so but offered no help to rectify issue.
I purchased a Onstar mirror from audio plus and had it installed a while ago and the installer didn't install it right.Had to return to have them fix it,still didn't work.This is the best part,we set up that appoint a few days ahead of time and when we drove close to 50 miles to this appointment,they told us there was no appointment set.Started driving home and the representative that set up the appointment got back from lunch and apologized for the mistake and we drove back.Had owner contact us apologizing after the fact as well and wanted to make it up with a decent discount on my next purchase.Came in to get a quote on a $1,200 purchase and the manager was only willing to give a $100 discount.Btw the mirror never could be set up with Onstar.We'll not be coming back with this type of service and quality of work.

Installed my stereo right away when it was a week wait everywhere else (not their fault, but it was a nice convenience). The head unit is installed beautifully, thank you!
Yesterday, June 21, 2016 I called and spoke with Gary at Audio Plus. I explained to Gary that I wanted security cameras installed as soon as possible. I have been having issues with prowlers in my backyard and have had to call the Sheriff 5 times in the last 7 weeks. Gary said he would check with his team and get back to me. I expected to get a call back in 2-3 days.
