Service was great. Very attentive. Best of service by far.
Went into the store about a week ago cause we had an issue with my daughters phone that we got from them a month ago. We explained the issue and he understood but he didn't look motivated to help us that he clearly wanted to be some place else other the there. He took the phone in the back and I swear he was just back there doing nothing but about 10 min later he came back out saying all fixed. I asked what he did to it and he said he reset the phone back to the beginning. I was upset cause we didn't back up her phone and after he did the reset the issue was still happening, so thanks to the Store Manager who wiped out all my daughters info and after the issue happened again he said I should call Apple or drive down to Phoenix cause he cant do anything else. So I was sold there but have to drive to Phoenix for help, I asked him why I paid insurance on my phone and he said oh well call this number and they can help better serve you. So all I got out of the Store Manager Skylarr was Go someplace else, Call someplace else oh and Lost all my daughters info, he didn't care if we had issues only if we buy something he was motivated. What great service he was blowing us off. I wont be coming back to this location anytime soon. I run my own business and if I had anyone of my reps or managers do something like this they would be out the door. Hire New People with People Skills!!!
Update: I spoke to the store manager of the sprint store his name is Skylar and he was a great customer service representitve and made me feel much better; I wish I would have originally gotten his help. He spoke to me and we got this taken care of; the employee that did help me will be given consequences. So I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else that goes there.
Couldn't fix my phone problem. Sprint and all other cell providers take no ownership for the phones they sell. In my case a 6 month old phone had malfunctioned and the only response from the Sprint rep was; contact Samsung or I should have bought the insurace. What a great business, sell phones, take no responsibility for them, then direct customer to manufacturer. In other words, SOL.

Horrible store. The Prescott valley store is much better; the employee with blonde hair, tattoos, male, at this Prescott location has always been rude to me ever since my first time there when he made a pass at me and was very unprofessional; made me feel super uncomfortable. Ever since then when I have gone in there he has not been helpful nor made me feel thankful for being a customer, he's made it a hassle and my visits are terrible. He can't help me with what I need help with and he just sends me on my way; he can't figure out what I have needed to do for my phone or my plan. I am very unhappy every time and this time I am never going back. You lost me as a customer.
