Left 5 presentations to be spiral bound at the tech/copy center today. I've done this loads of times in the past, and the gentleman who used to help me was wonderful. Always called me within an hour of dropping off my material to tell me it was ready. I was assisted by a woman today. She seemed to be in a bad mood (grouchy) when I dropped off my paperwork, but took my name and number and said she'd call when ready. Several hours later I had received no call so I rang. My presentations were ready, they had just decided not to call. I got there, and only 4 of the 5 were there. I asked her for the 5th and she said "no, that was all you gave me". No offer by her to check around and see if they had bound the 5th and put it in someone else's package, or left it on the machine. I was only charged for 4 but I definitely left 5. The credit card machine did not work properly and that really ticked her off. She complained loudly how it had been doing that all day. Oh well. Guess I'll go to Office Max next time.
Friendly and helpful staff. Store is always clean. Good clearance items.
