Better customer service and more knowledgeable for anything game/console related. They also explain things in better detail with in store content and anything GameStop related (buy sell trade-in's).

Some cool stuff in the store but. .. Dirty store and one clerk working on a Friday day. 5 people in line and working on a phone with his back to the customers for over 15 minutes and doesn't say a word. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
