Went in about an hour before closing with a phone that just decided to quit working. Kolton and Brandie were fantastic. After trying to get my phone to work, it wouldn't, they helped me get a new one and made sure it was working before I left the store. Every time I'm in the people who work there do awesome job. Always my first choice.
Didn't have the greatest of experiences with this best buy. Customer service was great once I was pawned off to another person during a long phone sale transaction. Not the best selection of electronics or accessories.
Smaller store, but usually has what I need. Only complaint is when 50 employees ask me if I need help on the floor, but then it takes so long to check out. Usually one 1 cashier and half the time they aren't at the register. Other than that, most employees are friendly and helpful.
Courteous, cheerful service. All my questions were listened to patiently and answered thoroughly. Helpful suggestions were given. A nice group of people.
I experienced the most courteous, professional assistance with two very professional men. What looked like a needle in a haystack to get not only my product but an answer from the manufacturer. Daryl got the answer ising his own common sense.
