Terrible service, employees are slow, sloppy & incompetent.
Carl's junior really doesn't have the greatest food. The burgers are messy and gross. Breakfast is decent though and for that, 3 stars.
Couldn't get help at counter, everyone was no where in site. Waited for several minutes and no one appeared. Went thru drive thru to get waited on. Employee showed no enthusiasm for job. Second time this happened when no one checked to see if customer was at counter

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich & the lady running drive thru forgot my drink & my sauces.
Ordered the Jalepeno double cheese combo. While flavor was OK sandwich is so small and they put tons of lettuce and tomato on it to make it look bigger.
