When I picked up my order, the hostess asked if I wanted silverware and I declined. She gave me my food, and a left. When it came time to eat our food, we found that we didn't get any napkins. Also, the fries they gave us were so few that I would have been disappointed even if I hadn't ordered extra.
Food and atmosphere was great. The service made us feel like we was family there. A little bright on the lighting of the place but not bad.
A great place for a family or friend "get together" and have a burger. Bottomless fries with every burger keep the conversations going. Along with clean atmosphere and restroom make this a prime spot on Friday nights. Our waitress went above and beyond helping us figure out the best burger. Pro Tip: ask for "Campfire Sauce" with fries!
The burgers were okay, but not the best quality I've had from Red Robin before. After this visit, I concluded that I would prefer to go to Brown Bag Burgers or In-N-Out and pay half the price for a similar quality, AND not be obligated to tip anyone.
We visit this Red Robin frequently. Love the weekly promotions and yearly free birthday burger and desert. Friendly staff, good food/deserts and speedy service. We will return again and again. :)
Red Robin is my favorite place for hamburgers. Theirs are very good... the best thing being you can choose which cheese to have on them so you don't have to have the fakey American cheese that most burger places use. Their coleslaw is absolutely the best I've ever had. I personally don't like the fries because I like thin cut very crispy fires but if you like thicker ones you will probably love theirs. The fish and chips are also wonderful (well the fish, for me not the chips ). I have never had a bad meal here.
I have to say that I am getting quite disappointed with Red Robin. The last few times I have visited (at various locations), the food quality has been worse. I ordered two burgers to-go from this location at lunch time. I ordered extra fries because lately Red Robin has been skimping on the fries and I'm always left hungry after eating a full entrée.
