He's the best
If I was rating Dr. Kaper on his own I would give him a 5!!! Unfortunately, the staff (not all), and office policies and procedures are terrible. I had my first one done 3 yrs. Ago. I had a terrible office experience then as well. I.e., forgetting to call in medication needed, no call backs, rude staff on phone and in person. When it came time for this one I wanted to go back to Dr. Kaper because he is a GREAT surgeon, but really hesitated due to my last experience. I told myself, it's been 3 yrs., Maybe things have changed, I was wrong. It was the same, or worse. My suggestion: the quality of the surgeon is top priority. Be persistent, don't expect office efficiency or kindness.
Had my right hip replaced a couple weeks ago. I found the entire experience to be exceptional. One night in the hospital, a couple days on a walker, a couple days on the cane, and am now walking unassisted. Only needed pain killers for two days. Also, the nursing staff at Thompson Peak hospital were incredible. Could not more highly recommend Dr. Kaper!
He replaced my left one year ago and I've never had a problem. He changed my life and I'm so grateful to him and his staff for their expertise and caring ways

Very thorough and understanding. He leaves you with all questions answered, even the questions you didn't know to ask! Which I find very comforting. He truly cares, listens and invests in his patients. Dr. Kaper is excellent! Very happy with him and his staff.
