I had a condition that was not responding to treatment and I could not receive an appointment in a timely manner. No phone calls to Dr. Strasser were answered even though I was told to call if the treatment did not cure the problem. This is the only ENT practice in Prescott so competition is obviously needed. I go to Flagstaff now for my ENT doctor.
6/2/17 From my first phone call this his office until my appt ended was the best medical experience I've ever had. the staff is cheery, easy going and humerous. Dr Strausser was personable, knowlegable and took the time to explain exactly what my problem was. He was very detailed. I highly recommend this doctor
