I have met the doctor here and he is down to earth, actually listens and I would feel at ease sending someone here , I would refer them to my friends. I see that the office comments are not as good but here in Prescott it's hard to find good help and the office has nothing to do with my state of health. Besides I have met a few of their staff and they were very sweet and I have had no problem. I think sometimes people that don't feel well might not get whatever THEY thought they needed and left a not so good review. If you are not happy with something you tell about 7 pp . If you like Something you tell maybe 2.thats how the world works so I make sure I do some of my own adulting and check it all out for myself instead of taking a strangers word for it.
Horrible office! Not helpful and extremely hard to get into. Office staff is extremely rude. The doctors are wonderful but the office staff makes this place horrible. I was a patient for years. Once my health took a turn so did this office. Would not recommend this office to anyone!

The doctors in the office are great. The staff seems to have a difficult time keeping up with paperwork. They keep billing the wrong insurance company for my visits this year, not sending in prescriptions, sending in the wrong prescriptions, and failing to get referrals sent out.
Should have an option for 0 stars. The manager of the clinic is unprofessional. They don't send referrals even after reminding for weeks, they don't process refills timely, they don't communicate with their patients.
